It's not even close. If these projects were as profitable as (the council study) says, each one of us could do one project and retire for the rest of our lives.
We love the building and hate to see it sold. But we'll still be around to keep an eye on it.
We were planning on holding onto it for a long time, but the offer was good enough and made us think. We're taking advantage when the market is strong for selling properties.
The issue is really that building should be restored. We'd like to help him do that. He's trying a different approach. We don't think that approach would be successful.
