I eat a lot. I eat three times a day and I snack.
I think that's a shift in thinking too. You just have to do something. You don't have to be a fanatic; you don't have to do three hours in the gym.
Contrary to what everyone thinks, I am not a fanatic. I do work out when I'm not on the road, three times a week for 40 minutes.
I do yoga three times a week, and I walk for a half hour every day. In between, I get on the elliptical and my triple thigh trainer - I really do use the Thighmaster! - and do about 20 minutes on each of those. I also walk up and down the stairs a lot.
