Sometimes, a loss can be a good thing. You don't like it, but it makes you shape back up.
It's been the best thing that ever happened to him at SC. He wasn't in the best shape he could be in. When you have success and you're not working as hard as you can, it can really be a curse because it gives you a false sense of what it takes to be successful.
