I wish every game was like this. It's a great environment.
Guards are the most important guys on the court. They have the ball in their hands 80 percent of the time. They determine tempo of the game and breakdown the defense.
We need to rely on our defense. We've won games that way and will continue. I hope they will respond next week.
We need to keep them off the offensive boards and limit them to one attempt (on offense).
This was a case where our offense affected our defense. Eric didn't take a shot in the first quarter and it got us out of sync.
The second and fourth quarter, we didn't shoot all that well. Defensively, we did a real nice job.
The success we've had this season is because they play so hard.
All any coach wants is to have the team play their best basketball at the end of the year. This group played as hard as they possibly could. Wilby was just a little more athletic than us. In a game like this, it came down to a couple of buckets.
They had a tremendous upbringing at home. They were already good kids; true teammates, not only in basketball, but whatever sport they played.
I'm really happy for the kids. They really wanted to beat these guys especially after last year.
I closed my eyes and I was praying.
The first quarter happened so fast. They were playing a box-and-one. They had us out of sync on offense and defense.
The memories he captured in a form of a tape is incredible.
