I cannot achieve anything new. I'm leaning towards not competing at the world cross country anymore.

I've achieved everything there is to accomplish in cross country. I've competed in the cross country world championships for six years and now it's time to step aside and make way for some of our younger athletes.

After winning titles outdoors and at cross country, this is a bit of fun for me. I knew all my opponents and the way they run because we've competed before against each other.
