We?d like to be able to implement different ways of looking at the service that we need, but the truth is, if the businesses that do this are not yet prepared to bid on those methods, when the industry has not reached the point you?re at yet, we have little choice.

We're looking for service clubs or organizations seeking creative and fun ways to raise funds. If your club is new to the event, we'll guide you through the process. Your club will have the opportunity to raise a tremendous amount of money in a relatively short period.

We're looking at a situation we've never really faced before.

I think investors have to play technology if they're going with the Fed. You have to look at the technology stocks. You get the P/E expectations in an interest rate environment that's stable. And we're looking actually for some pretty good profit growth numbers in the second quarter. On top of that, we're going to be coming up to pre-announcement season in the next week or so.

Our bet here is that stock trading between four and five times cash flow going into next year, ... They've got very little debt. These guys are either buying back shares or looking at other companies.

We haven't been a player in free agency other than to sign our own guys. So the only way we can build this team is through the draft. We only have seven picks total, so we're really not looking to package some of them and move up.

We're looking at another 25 percent (cut) next year.

The real short-term outlook for us is pretty positive given that we don't see a Fed rate hike in August and that due to political noise, if you will, we are not going to see a rate hike in October. But on the earnings front it is a different issue. Looking into 2000, our longer-term forecast, we've had two great years of earnings growth. We think it is going to be pretty difficult to show up with another year of 30-to-40 percent earnings growth. So, consequently, our message has been a lot more selective about the securities that we want investors to focus on.

We think the earnings picture shaping up for this quarter is going to be absolutely stupendous, led in part by semiconductors and networking firms. Looking forward that's a different story. We've had two great years of earnings growth. We think it's going to be pretty difficult to show up with 30 to 40 percent earnings growth.

What we are looking for is interest rate cuts to be beneficial to the market.

We weren't looking at going to Preston Center but when we saw the building and the amenity mix and what we could do there, everything hit home.

Eric's played with me before. So he knows what I'm looking for and he came in and did a beautiful job.

FedEx is looking for ways to reinvent itself. This gives me some hope.

They got the best of us that day, but we've improved so much since then. I'm sure Center has, too. So we're looking forward to playing them again.
