If an operator is involved in a second avoidable accident within 12 months, they are required to receive an additional 16 hours of training. Operators who have had three collisions or more within the last 12 months, avoidable or unavoidable, may be required to attend our five-day, 40-hour Refresher Training class depending on the nature of the accidents.
