I have always said, always, that I would never move the team from Buffalo. Now, with this new collective bargaining agreement, I'm hopeful that I can steadfastly adhere to what I've said. But I'm making no promises.

Our whole thing has been to continue to improve. Not a lot was expected of these guys by people but they have been gaining confidence and we're continuing to improve.

Our commitment is to remain an elite team. No question the playing field has been leveled (with the new collective bargaining agreement). We will do more research and development. We will add to our scouting staff.

Robert Peterson is a welcome addition to our Technical Advisory Board, bringing valuable senior management-level IT operations and application development experience across a number of important market sectors. We are privileged to have Robert on our team, and look forward to gaining valuable knowledge from his contributions and insights.

We are really excited to be back north and feel like the last eight games were more of an indication of where we are than the first eight were. We have six seniors, but nine first-years and sophomores, so we are young, and ask a lot of some of our first-years. Playing and gaining experience is one of the best results from Florida and we are looking to build upon that.

Now that he's got this Collective Bargaining Agreement done for another six years, I guess he feels like his job is complete. He probably wasn't going to still be on the job when the next contract came up, so this is probably a good time for him to walk away with the league in very good shape financially because of the new TV contracts. He's done an unbelievable job as commissioner.

I would think they are setting their bargaining position high, so that when they sit at the table, they can then compromise.

I would see this as a game to strengthen his bargaining position in the party. I would be surprised if he reiterates the resignation.
