We've sung for Black churches. If we went there and tried to sound Black, they wouldn't have it. They wouldn't buy it if it wasn't authentic. We've always sounded like we sound.
We're the same people we always were, but you change with time. I used to think you couldn't be a Christian singer and play in a nightclub, and now here we are.
