We have to get at what's really going on here, what are the underlying causes, why are people committing the crimes?
City council had said no to the big box re-zoning, and this seemed a good opportunity as well. The director had contacted us and asked us for material to include in the film, and we think the Vancouver experience is going to be part of that film.
