We're getting there. I'm proud of the kids and the staff. The kids have really bought into everything we've asked them to do. They haven't taken any games off.
Playing a great schedule with teams like Notre Dame, Georgia has helped us so much.
That's very important so you don't have to play four games in four days. But all the games are difficult because the league is so balanced. But if we stay healthy and play together, we will have the opportunity to have a year we'll all be proud of.
I've been coaching 14 years, and that's never happened before.
I don't mean this in a derogatory way, but to be able to go up there and watch six other teams play before us means a lot. It speaks tremendous volumes about where the program is right now.
