I thought we came out in the first half extremely focused and very intense. They just never did have any easy passes and we were able to convert some turnovers to get a little bit of a lead.
We were slugging it out, back and forth. Luckily, they didn't get the last punch.
Normally, we're good free-throw shooters. We were lucky to hang on and get it.
This is unbelievable. I'd never imagined it would feel like this. Other than my kids being born, this is the most awesome feeling in the world.
Hope is tough to guard. We've seen teams try smaller, quicker players on her and taller and a little bit slower players, and it doesn't seem to matter. She's able to handle whichever type of players guard her.
The last three or four games we've had some close games, and the fourth quarter we have pretty much controlled it.
