Electricity shares had been very depressed in past days.
The market was surprised by the Central Bank's decision yesterday to lower rates. Brazil's seen positive money flows for a few days, but this helped to accelerate the flow of capital and encouraged local investors.
The most important thing is a possible aid package from the International Monetary Fund.
The Argentine question has in part been resolved, at least in the very short term, so shares no longer need to price in that question.
If that happens the market may rise very well next week.
