We stuck to our game plan of pushing the ball down the court. We kept pushing and pushing, and when (Flower Mound) started to get tired, we pushed some more. Some of their players got tired, but I kept fresh legs on the court by subbing in and out.
We're jelling as a team. The chemistry is good. Everyone is playing together.
We were coming off Christmas break and I knew we'd be rusty. Our defense could have been better. That's what hurt us. Usually at the end of the game is when our defense picks up, but we were having to play catch-up.
She had a really good game. She had some crucial 3's that kept us in it and gave us a lead. Her rebounding was superb, and she needs to keep this up.
She had a real good game. She penetrated a lot, and they couldn't stop her.
It gave me and the players a chance to see some of the other teams in the district and a lot of good teams in the area. We got to see how we compete with them. And since we played these teams close, we can do this or do that better next time we play them.
I think there has been a pick-up in the last three months of the year, even though December is not yet done and dusted.
We hope to be able to give our fans an opportunity to help our community and victims of the hurricane,
We were shooting well both inside and outside.
We never have good third quarters. We just came out so nonchalant and so relaxed. Then it takes us a while to get warmed up, and by the time we do, it's too late.

We just weren't shifting and rotating. So we had to go to man defense.
We think they are doing it because of malpractice concerns. They may also be under pressure rom parents to 'do something' for their children.
We weren't moving our feet. They'd get to the line and make theirs.
We did shooting drills all week because we knew that jumpers were going to help us or hurt us. And tonight they hurt us. We missed 20 paint shots, and that's 40 points right there.
Offensively, we penetrated a lot. And Brittany Wilson was good at doing that for us. But our shots weren't falling from the outside. We might get one put-back, whereas Plano West would make all of theirs.
This is the first year for some people playing, and what an accomplishment for them. It's a great feeling to know you helped your team.
It was a slow-paced game, and it took us a long time to get anything going. We played better in the second quarter, but again it was the third. We just weren't in it.
I told the kids that this was a game that we needed to win. Our district is so up in the air because everybody is winning and everybody is losing. It's just going to come down to who wants it and which team is stronger.
They were posting up against her, but she outsized the girl that was guarding her. So she took advantage of that.
I called here several times and no one would talk to me.
I feel Bush should leave it alone. This is just a ploy to bring more notoriety to himself.
