Yesterday, I told the girls we needed to score nine goals to win. That's exactly what we did. We knew we were going to need a little more offense in the playoffs.

I feel like we had a deep bench this season, but if you take Matt away from that team and you take away the connection he had with teammate Alex Powell, I don't think we would've gotten where we did.
