I started to plot out different scenarios. I was thinking about investors, friends, banks, but nothing seemed to really work out the way I needed it to. Then I just happened to hear about this other shop owner, who I sort of knew, who was moving out of his building.
It's working. There's been some learning, and we're getting the communication issues worked out, but everybody's personality has to blend together, and it's starting to click.
