We've always worked well within DoD guidelines and of course will continue to do so. We support the directive and all regulations that would protect military members from unscrupulous business practices.
We can't compromise the interests of our members by being forced to pay for uncovered losses.
With so much happening in our society, that was an additional safety net we needed. It just gives us another layer of protection.
Erosion was endangering the road, but it's not collapsing or anything like that. Mainly the road was closed for the safety of the workers.
It's a relatively small number, so it's not a huge expense.
