We have some bumps in the road, like code enforcement, but we're taking steps to fix that directly. Basically, I think the current council is doing a pretty good job and most residents think that is the case, too.

It's just too early for me to speculate on that and until we have gone through out 30 to 60-day process, I really don't wanna create any false expectation.

It's very important that we ensure there's appropriate differentiation. The last thing we want to do is create a situation where we don't have clarity of what the brands represent.
