I'm speechless. I just want to jump up and down. I'm glad for the coaches. Our defense was a big key in the second quarter (holding West McDowell to only one basket). We, as a team, showed a lot of heart and didn't quit.
All three girls have produced great results so there will be long discussions before the final name for the Olympic team will be announced.
This is just a demonstration of how talented those athletes really are. I think from this success, it's even going to create better training environments and obviously hopefully some funding as well.
We will work hard on our training and keep focused. We will also try to keep everybody healthy and safe.
