If we don't get that, our chances of getting beachfront parks in the future is gone.
If we don't do it now, our chances of acquiring beachfront land for beachfront parks will be extremely limited if not curtailed. Right now, as you know, most of the mom-and-pop hotels are being purchased and being converted into luxury condominiums.
The interchange at U.S. 1 and (Interstate) 95 is in very poor shape. Something has to be done about it.
I think it's going to work out fine.
We want to bring this area back up to speed aesthetically.
