Obviously, the computer is not for everybody, and we're not relying on it exclusively. But ultimately, this stuff will work, and it will benefit a lot of people.

Medicare people are working very hard to smooth out the bumps in the road and I think we are making progress on that, and I think we are getting to the point where it works very smoothly. For the vast majority of people that signed up, things are working very well.

The health plans are required to have adequate pharmacy networks. If pharmacies drop out, the plans will have to find somebody else to replace them.
