Obviously I love playing when it comes down to crunch time. I like the playoffs and those last games against BC were big for us for home ice. The puck has just kind of been falling in for me. Hopefully I can continue that this weekend.
Obviously we?re not happy with the result. We got out to the lead early like we wanted, but things slipped through our hands from there. It got nasty after that.
It was pretty frustrating watching a couple weekends ago. I?m not used to sitting back and watching things go on. For me to go out and play against them was fun. I got to redeem myself.
That?s the plan right now. We haven?t talked about that too much, but I don?t see anybody heading off. If they do, good luck to them. I?m sure not going anywhere.
I?m not even sure we tested him as much as we would have wanted to.
That?s coach?s job. He?s got to change it up when he feels something needs to be changed. Hopefully these new combinations will work out for us.
Coming into the penalty shot I felt pretty confident, but afterwards I was a little down. I felt bad for me and mostly for the team. Being able to get that goal right after that was a big boost and got my adrenaline going a little bit there.
