guys maybe needs time
I don't know much about it. Maybe he just needs to take some time away, like some guys have done.
chance excited feeling personal rather willing
I am excited about it. My personal feeling is if I'm not going to close, I'd rather start. I'd like to at least have a chance to start, and they are willing to give that to me.
although ball hit pumping seemed
You know they're not going to hit every ball on the line, although it seemed like it in the first two innings. I told myself to keep pumping it in there.
coming excuse flat full lose lost plain three throw walking
I don't have an excuse, I flat out stunk, plain and simple. I just didn't throw a strike. I usually say we lose as a team, but I lost that one, coming in and walking three guys. I take full responsibility.
good players
We have good players and we will do it. You have to be patient, but it's frustrating for everyone right now.
hurt last
There are some things you can go with. I was hurt and didn't have the big numbers. Last year, I wasn't consistent.
anybody blew bottom double eye line routine
The bottom line is I blew it. It was a routine double play. I can't look anybody in the eye right now. It was an embarrassment.
deer hunt sit
Sit in a tree-stand and hunt deer, ... In Washington, we have big deer -- Kansas-size deer.
best control three tried
I tried to keep it as under control as best I could and they got three and that kind of killed it.
missed spot
It was launched about 45 stories. I missed my spot by about 17 inches.
crooked feeling good
At least I didn't give up a crooked number. It was a good feeling today, I can tell you that.
four games guess
I guess we have four more games to keep that from happening.
blow bring dust start throwing
If I start this year, I'll be throwing my cutter a little bit. And I'll blow the dust off my changeup and bring it back.
