downside low possibly
The only downside that I see is possibly a low appraisal.
activities change cut extra ratio
We don't want to change the student-teacher ratio or cut extra activities for kids. I think they're very important and can be as important as academics.
looked tight whether
It still has to be looked at whether it can be afforded. We're tight at 5 percent.
closer money roof spend
If the money were there, I think we'd be closer than we are. I don't want to spend all our money on salaries and the find out our roof leaks.
