angle brings due experience passion problem remake rod stuck wheel
Rod got stuck in the same problem that I had. He's got a lot of experience, a lot of passion for what he does. He doesn't try to remake the wheel where things are going well. Due to his experience he brings an interesting angle to each thing that comes up. We've been able to do a lot collaboratively in the department.
