You can fool some of the people all the time, and those are the ones you want to concentrate on.
With those attacks, the terrorists and their supporters declared war on the United States. And war is what they got.

Ronald Reagan was a great role model for Respublicans party, and I think for most people. But he was a fellow that the American public just intuitively loved so much, that he could always get credit.
Where we find young democracies, we need to help them. Where we find the enemy, we need to fight them. And that's exactly the Bush policy.
