I thought we were going to get an early start. Instead we sit there for hours doing nothing, and then we sit on the side of the road in New Orleans doing nothing. These people have no idea what they're doing and that includes FEMA and DHH.

This is one of the biggest fiascos I've ever seen. There were no leaders, nobody knew what to do or where to go. We ended up sitting on the sides of roads for hours.
