I don't think it is even a mini-reshuffle, it's no shuffle at all. It is just like a crab, going sideways.
This is a good opportunity for the government to prove that everyone is equal before the law whether they are high-ranking ministers or prominent businessmen.
If they remain quiet, people might think, there is something to hide.
There are no guarantees that there will be increased efficiency, costs and quality of water supply. How can we attract investors confidence in our economic development if we can not even guarantee regular supply of clean water?
