It's probably going to create even more conflict amongst parents and amongst students than people ever wanted.
I think what they're going to do is open Pandora's box with this legislation. It'll be interesting to see how it goes.
I think what people have not considered (is that) it's actually going to open up more discussion than actually exists in family-life discussions.
I'm sure it's going to create an incredible stir from the civil liberties groups. (And) I'm sure it's going to create some discomfort among some teachers.
