I'm heavily involved with the interpretive portion of the Boston Mill project. I think it's important to interpret events of the past to understand where things are going in the future.
The advisory was issued to warn people about a tricky evening rush hour. The warning was generally for Lorain County, with small parts of Cuyahoga and Medina counties affected, as well.
Once we get into the winter months, we tend to stay overcast quite a bit. A lot of times we do get lake effect cloudiness, and that prevails for quite a long period of time.
All kinds of things could go wrong. But, I'm still disappointed to see the building go. When the Boston Mill opens again to the public, we hope in another year, we will see so many tourists come through this area. The warehouse had an important role during WWI.
