We are pleased with our performance and progress in the first quarter, especially since the first quarter of last year included sales generated by the Easter holiday. This year, the Easter holiday fell in April and is in our second quarter.

Our plan is always to open in the premier mall across the country, and we will continue this approach as we open at The Shops at La Cantera, ... We have had many guests who have visited our other stores ask us when we will be opening at The Shops at La Cantera. Now we will be able to reach even more of our friends in San Antonio and we are thrilled to be here.

Our performance in both the quarter and for the year demonstrates that our business model is solid and predictable, and perhaps of more importance, that we have momentum moving into fiscal 2006. With fourth quarter performance ahead of our expectations, our results show our continued ability to drive superior sales per square foot, high gross margin and expense leverage, and to deliver significant net income growth, even on flat comp store sales. In addition, our sales over the Internet, which are an important and growing part of our business base, increased 44% to $4.0 million in the quarter, and for the year contributed $8.7 million to our sales.

Our store is about an experience. We wanted our store to be like a theme park in the mall, and that's really what they've helped us create.

We've talked to other zoos. This will be a great example.

With 200 stores by the end of the year, we are closer and more accessible to our customers than ever before, ... Our financial performance remains on track and we look forward to a very successful fall season.

Through this program, we have been privileged to meet many great kids and have been touched by their stories and their efforts. Baseball is a significant part of the American landscape, as are stuffed animals, and that is why this partnership with the St. Louis Cardinals is such a fit. The Cardinals are our hometown team and we have been working with them for many years. Having a store in the new stadium was the logical next step in our relationship.

These stores are part of our strategy to take Build-A-Bear Workshop to wherever families go to have fun. We look forward to being a part of more ballparks and of enhancing that family fun.
