Maybe we did more than we should have (in practice) in terms of yardage and intensity, but then again, it will help us in the future. I'm excited to see how fast we could swim once we're rested.
I feel pretty bad. I wasn't fully rested and I did better in dual-meets. But I'm really happy with how my team performed. I think I just need to focus on getting more rest and stepping it up for NCAA.
