It was very important (to come out strong). We wanted to play a complete game. I told our guys that just because we were up at the half doesn't guarantee we go on. We have to be up at the end. With the lead we had at halftime, I didn't want the second half to be close.
The next game, we have to shoot better. We still have some adjustments to make, but we are still playing.
We believe in each other. (It was important) to keep our composure. (During those turnovers) I kept thinking oh gosh!, we are giving it away, we are going to give it away. But you've got to have confidence in the kids you put out on the floor.
Fry had a good ballgame. He played very well. He was aggressive and they were physical with him and to give the showing that we did, I am proud of the effort that they gave tonight.
The biggest thing is handling the pressure. That seems to be the theme (Tuesday) night.
That rebound was just a hustle play. That is how he plays every game.
We wanted to at least try it. We played it for a couple of possessions and they hurt us out of it. As a team they are just very, very good.
This is a great win, especially since we were down at the half and facing adversity. These kids never quit.
We are a different ball team than we were almost two months ago. We feel a lot of what we do they may know what's coming, but as long as we execute like we have, I think we will be OK.
I think in the first half we were looking to the officials for help. It was a very physical ball game and we didn't adjust. At this level you can't look for excuses. I thought we handled it better in the second half.
