She was under extreme duress when she committed this crime. It was a desperate act, perhaps a cry for help.
This lady had no intent to harm anyone, or put anyone in any kind of fear. She's under a lot of duress and it's sad.
We need to get her some (counseling) attention and get it worked out. It's a sad situation, really.
I don't know what the basis of the appeal would be. There's nothing there to reverse the decision.
What more powerful testament than her turning that offer down.
