Olivier Rochus (French pronunciation: [ɔlivje ʁɔkys]; born 18 January 1981) is a retired Belgian tennis player. He is the younger brother of Christophe Rochus, also a former top-40 tennis player. (wikipedia)
When I'm losing a match, it's not because of my size. I beat already a lot of top-10 players, I know that I'm close to there. The size is really not a problem. I'm really not thinking about this anymore.
I remember him when we were 13 years old. He was always losing 6-0, 6-1 against everybody in the under-14 tournament.
We were almost laughing at him, and now he's laughing at us. He's No.1, easy. And really, when he was young, at the beginning, he was really bad.
It's like he's right behind the net when he serves.
I'm feeling really great, moving really great on court and I just hope it carries on. I knew what I had to do today and it worked pretty well for me.
I played very aggressive today, especially during the important games. I tried to attack as often as possible. The match was very close, even if the result doesn't really show it.
The ball was not even touching the line,
He was just too good. If you are going to beat him, you have to beat him in the first round. He gets better the more matches he plays.
I was not feeling too bad. Andy was in worse shape than me in the fifth. I think I was really unlucky not to break him. His serve all the time was still there.
Everything is possible. Ferrer always has better serves but I was more aggressive in my response.
