I have short-term memory loss. I know that some of the memories of the Super Bowl championships are fading.

I said publicly last year that I wanted 2012 to be a great season, not just a good season. We certainly had a very good season and perhaps exceeded a few expectations. But Broncos fans, you and I know what a great season looks like.

We haven't had the success we had hoped to achieve. Josh McDaniels is the head coach of the Broncos and you always strive for stability at that position. However, with five games left in the 2010 season, we will continue to monitor the progress of the team and evaluate what's in the best interest of this franchise.

I don't run the triathlons anymore like I used to. I do leg work on the machines and do the bike. I'm not as strong as I used to be, but I'm still good.

We know we're going to play them in Pittsburgh this season, just not that first week.

We're playing on the road, in Kansas City, on a Thursday. Playing Pittsburgh on the opening Thursday would be a great game, but we don't need two of them.

I was here the last time around with the Coliseum, so I'm not real optimistic about the Los Angeles Coliseum.

I'm holding my breath here. I think we've just got to take our time and make sure everybody's opinions are heard so you don't get into a contentious situation.

I would like Mike to coach out his career here. What's left on his contract or not left on his contract is not the issue. I think Mike is at the top of the coaching ladder and I think he'll stay there. So there's no reason for me to be thinking about changing head coaches. That thought never crosses my mind, and I don't think it ever will.

To go out and win this game would be a great step in the right direction for this whole organization.

We are meeting with the entire National Football League membership tomorrow . . . to ratify our television rights package. I am sure you are aware we expect no problems with the ratification,

We're not just going to jump out there because somebody says we should.

Arthur has a point. We have to be careful that we don't have owners put perks on it to help decide where we play the Super Bowl. I don't think it's there yet.

There will be a significant program advantage because of the flow-through. That correlates to higher ratings.

There seems to be a lot of interest.

It's a bunch of nonsense. In many cases, it's a what-have-you-done-for-me-lately sort of attitude.

It's like moving into a new neighborhood. It takes you a while to get comfortable. But I think fans are getting used to it.

It's been written about here, on the national level, talked about on ESPN and all the rest of it. It's taken on a life of it's own. I'm not saying we're not interested in T.O., but I think the level of interest attributed to us is way beyond where we are.

The reverb noise is nowhere near as loud as it was at Mile High, but the fans are catching on.

It's really a good story for us. And, hopefully, it doesn't end without a happy ending.

I'm not for splitting the job up. I think the commissioner should be the commissioner, but I think he's got to have some very strong people around him.

But I think the way Paul has worked, being the commissioner surrounded by a strong staff, has obviously been successful. To me, that's the model, but I also think it's important we listen to the ideas and make sure everyone's voices are heard on the issue.

I don't put any significant amount on one or the other. We've got everything done, labor, television; Paul, obviously, he feels he's taken it as far as he can. So let's let the process go forward and hear what everybody has to say, but I do think it is one job with a strong support system around it.

Although his playing career with the Broncos took place before my time with the team, I am well aware of what Floyd Little means to this franchise, city and league. Aside from his stellar play on the field, he helped make the Broncos relevant in the NFL and strengthened the bond between this team and its fans. He has waited a long time for this honor, and I couldn't be happier for him.

These are historic moments for us as an organization. And, of course, winning them both would just add to the history.

The job Paul has done in his years as commissioner is unprecedented.
