It was good we had an extra week of practice. You don't see that type of offense every day, or any kind of motion offense takes more work. They've (the defense) certainly taken the challenge. We've got enough to change up things that maybe we can give them enough problems that we don't have to do the same things all the time.

We have a lot of work to do when we go back home.  It's a tough loss, but it's not the end of the season.

I learned a lot last year about myself, and about even these last five months, of handling this whole scenario.

Rick is our quarterback right now, and unless there's a reason to change we won't change. Obviously, Rick has brought consistency and calmness to our offense.

Rick certainly seems in command right now. Erik seems to be pressing a bit out there. When you grade the film and look at all the cut-ups and all the breakdowns of all the drills, the two guys are equal.

Most of our questions are about second-team positions so ... you can continue to compete for those. The one or two that are first-team positions, yeah, we'd like to have those settled.

At times we've looked good. At times we're not very good.

I would have not thought that would have been the way it would have been. I still think we have extremely good big-play potential.

We're going to miss him in the locker room as a leader. I know Jason. He'll be around and part of what we're trying to do.
