I never thought I could run or even think it was possible for me. When I was able to come in and run 25 minutes, I shocked myself.
I didn't lose any weight, but when she tested my body fat, I was down a full percent of body fat. This shows me that maybe the scale is not showing me what's happening, but I know I'm doing the right things.
We all pretty much thought we were going to die. After that it was pain for a few days, but again walking and trying to keep stretched out helped out.
It's not that difficult in the sense of knowing what's right to eat, but it's just making sure you do it.
