Is it a perfect system? No. Is it better than it was before? Yes.
They'll be able to take this knowledge and apply it to their future projects and future careers.
This is a season and it doesn't end until May. This is just the beginning.
They do it because they like to learn. These are not projects you do the night before. The daily planning, the weekly planning -- those are good life skills.
