I've been a coach long enough to realize the nature of this business and what you have to do. I know a lot of things have happened the past few years. I know the fan base is really upset with the way we've played, and they should be.

I'm one of those guys who knows when something serious is going on. And this is a lot more serious than anything that has happened in my life.

I'm an early guy and a late guy.

I hope I got all of that out of the way.

I backed off, got my rest. Get myself well and get healthy.

At one time, you think you're invincible. This just can't happen to you but, when it happens, the reality sets in that you either change or you die. You realize you've got only one life.
