I feel free. It just takes time sometimes.
There are so many negative myths about black male athletes, myths that I have personally committed myself to eradicating. But all of my actions will never carry the media clout or have the domino effect of one of Mike Tyson's misdeeds.
Matt is a great athlete, and I'm for anything we can do on offense to help our team win. He can definitely make plays down the field. Whatever it takes to win is what I'm here to do.
You always want to try and beat your home state team. But I mean this the NFL, man. It's just good to win. Seattle is a great team. They went to the playoffs last year. They've got Pro Bowlers all around the board.
When you work hard, you've got to feel confident, because you put in the work and the effort and you know you've gotten better.
It's been a long, painful hibernation. I've learned the pain of being a fan, that inability to lash out and just have to take it, to rope-a-dope-it.
The big guy, we didn't box him out as well as we should have.
It's amazing that he's still playing. I'm just hoping I'll be able to move at 36, let alone catch touchdowns like that guy. That's why they call him 'Smooth.'
I've got people who have worked for me for many years. We are like family.
I'm not asking him to change the world, to do more time or send me a few bucks for my personal pain or to sign an autograph or talk to my kids. I want to see Mike Tyson come out of his corner with that look in his eyes and his gloves up near his jaw.
I just have a passion for people and trying to assure people are served as best as we can and doing the right thing for them, whether they are children or adults.
I really think it's a true blessing to have this installed.
