The attorney general is embarrassed by everything the press is finding out about his bizarre, unsubstantiated charges. The witness has absolutely no credibility at all. So he's gone to the incredible length of trying to muzzle the press.
This closure will add to transportation costs on goods. Goods will have to be sent to other seaports. Airlines will likely have to direct their flights to other airports.
The government didn't live up to its side of the agreement. And since 2000, the government hasn't done anything to improve the bridge or highway.
