Basically the meters were getting so old that they weren't selling any parts necessary for upgrading. We could have either kept replacing the old meters or order the new pay machines.
Most cities and towns are now using these and we're trying to offer the best product for everyone.
Adding more now wouldn't be a big deal because of the existing deal.
These machines are the wave of the future.
