good hope impressed showing talked
I still hope I made a good showing when I talked to them. I hope I impressed them.
decided guess looked met numb talking
I got to see him, he looked very peaceful. I guess when he met his maker, he decided he didn't want to come back. I've been talking to his family, and I'm just numb right now.
above came found near
I had it above the fireplace. I came back and found it down the hall, near the bedroom.
might slow
He might be a little slow on some stuff, going right and left. Anything routine, he's going to make.
coming looks move orleans somewhere
If it looks like New Orleans won't be coming back, then we're going to have to move somewhere else. And I have no idea where that's going to be.
bed care morning smiling took woke
He was a lot of fun. He woke up in the morning smiling and he went to bed smiling, and in between, he took care of business. ... He was special.
days drive grew hope services
My hope is to drive down there one of these days and see more services like it was when I grew up.
adjust help kick offense situation styles team watch whatever whenever
Whenever one of those styles is needed, I know how to use it. If I have to take it to the opposing team, I will. If the team is going well, I'll kick back and watch them play. If my offense is struggling, then I have to do something to help get them over it. You adjust to whatever the situation is.
anymore bars help
You can't be out in those bars with any regularity anymore because you ain't got help now.
coming developed talent tough
To me, we have to find a way to keep Freddie. I know they have some tough decisions, but we developed him and you don't get that kind of talent coming through the organization that often.
happening knew makeup mark obvious work
It is remarkable, but if you know the makeup of Mark Ellis, you knew he was going to make it. I'm not surprised. It's obvious he's put it all together. He has an unimpeachable work ethic. What's happening for him now, he earned. That's how you like to see ballplayers have success. He's special.
care people pride talked thank
I told them when they were doing it, I can take care of my family. But they insisted. I realized, when I talked to other people about it, they said, that's all you can do is say thank you. You can't have no pride with something like this.
store
As long as I can remember, that store had been there.
