believe care focused good gotten illusion players process team truly understand winning
You just never know what a preseason means. Is it an illusion or reality? I truly believe we're a good team and I think if we've gotten anything out of the preseason, it's the process you go about, and winning will take care of itself. Our players understand that and they're focused on doing things right.
capable couple decided fire guys hopefully light missing performance player type
We've been missing that type of performance from a player all season. And hopefully that will light the fire under a couple of guys who are capable of doing it, but just haven't decided to do it.
dominant game last player points puck side spread time top
He was on top of his game in all five. Last season, if you look, he had a lot of points but he had them in 3-4 games. This time it's been spread out and he's been a dominant player just about every shift. He's on the right side of the puck all the time.

continues matt player raises shot stick took type
That shot he took was a cannon. It was on his stick and into the net, unbelievable. Matt Carle continues to improve, to be the type of player that raises a lot of eyebrows.
none players prove respect
None of our players want to go out there and prove anything to Darryl. They have a lot of respect for him.
basically fun ice looks missed played player sees wants works
He basically hasn't played in two years and it looks like he hasn't missed a beat. He wants the puck, sees the ice well, works hard. It's fun to see a player that young so detailed.
