Sometimes we run into bad weather or just tired legs. It's easy to get worked up over a bad performance. But with track and field, the weekly meets are more like glorified practices.
We are coming off a good indoor season, but not a great one. There are a lot of places where we know that we can improve and where we will need to improve in order to be the team that we are capable of being.
Missouri was less than expected. But there is definitely something to be said for getting the kinks out.
We are all excited to see where the team will go and how much we will want it.
