It's obviously a really big project. It will be awhile before construction takes place.
The town will be the first to see it. Things always change and we want a firm plan before bringing it to the town. We want to find a project that works for everyone.
The only thing that was approved was the site. Now we have to apply to do a pump test.
My initial take is our development is well under what was envisioned in the master plan.
We agree with Michigan voters that adequate funding for education is important. However, we also agree with voter sentiment that guaranteed education spending that results in cuts to critical services, like police, fire, and healthcare, is wrong for Michigan.
At this point we are not looking at buying more land. We will work with what we have.
We wouldn't close or fence off the area.
