For us to grow skier visits, we need to appeal to the big belly of the market. To compete with other resorts in Colorado, we've got to cater to intermediate skiers.
What I think is really great is that this has been driven by the user groups. They came together and made recommendations for the projects.
I consider myself a sounding board for the community, I'm not somebody who has an agenda. The community has been very supportive of the district and Bismarck remains a progressive community.

There are some exciting things happening in the park district, and I'm having a lot of fun. I love the work, and being a part of what the park district provides for the community. It keeps me going.
