There really is none. They always put our name on it. There is no real written law. There isn't a legislator in the world who would touch that one.

If you're in an outdoor event, for example let's say a soccer game, and the person next to you is smoking on a normal bleacher and if the wind is blowing in your direction, it's like someone sitting next to you in a restaurant.
