The hardest part for any ballplayer is to get into a routine, stick with it and believe this routine is going to get him to the next level. He just has not played that much baseball in his career. Once we get a grasp on his game, hopefully, sooner than later, we'll see where he is.

You want those last at-bats. That's why you want to be at home. You always want the last opportunity to score.
